Approve / reject update proposals from monitored sources + PDF uploads. The library is the single source of truth for codes, standards, guidelines, rules of thumb, and patterns the architect personas know.

Future integrations (scaffolded, not yet wired)
Source monitoring (weekly URL fetch + content-hash diff) and PDF upload (Claude vision extraction → proposal) require Anthropic + Vercel Blob integration that's not exercised by this scaffold. Implementation hooks live in lib/directives/adminReview/ with TODO markers; the admin queue, audit log, and approve/reject flow are production-ready and the integrations plug into the same store.
