Split-bedroom ranch organization
QS-RANCH-01Description
In single-story ranch plans, place the primary suite on one end of the long axis and the secondary bedrooms at the other end, separated by the public great-room / kitchen mass.
Why this exists
Across the calibration set, every exemplary ranch used this split-bedroom layout. It isolates the primary acoustically + visually from kids' rooms without burning sqft on a separate wing — the public space itself does the separating.
