Wet rooms cluster against a shared plumbing wall
QS-MEP-01Description
Group kitchen, primary bath, secondary bath, laundry, and powder room against a single shared wet wall (or vertically stacked between floors) so all plumbing runs in one chase.
Why this exists
Plumbing rough-in cost rises sharply with run length. Calibration plans with clustered wet rooms hit budget more easily; scattered wet rooms appeared in the mediocre + poor tiers more often.
